Position Overview

As a Supported Living Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting adults with developmental disabilities to live autonomously in their own residences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating decision-making and promoting independence.
  • Supporting clients in acquiring new skills and engaging in enjoyable community activities.
  • Providing assistance with daily tasks, including household chores and personal care, as needed.

This position involves working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 8 to 9 hours each day. Flexibility in scheduling may allow for shorter hours on certain days if longer shifts are worked on others.

Note: You will be required to be on-call for a designated number of days each year, during which you will receive overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
