YOUR ROLE:

We are in search of a Territory Sales Specialist who will be instrumental in enhancing the complete sales cycle within your designated area while providing outstanding service to our clientele.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver top-notch, consultative customer service to coaches throughout your assigned region, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and qualify leads within your territory to create additional sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation initiatives. Utilize the company's CRM system for prospecting, account management, and tracking activities to bolster sales and customer relations. Expand sales within existing accounts by catering to all sports at various levels, ensuring equitable service across the board. Leverage data-driven insights to uncover new trends and opportunities within the market. Manage your portfolio of accounts and conduct on-site visits within your territory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and independence in managing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring an efficient workflow. Possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interactions with clients and team members. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively, showcasing strong time management skills in a dynamic environment. Proficient in various technologies, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance coverage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) outside sales, preferably within the sporting goods sector, or a background in coaching/sports. A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous. Demonstrated involvement in the local community.
