Key Responsibilities:

  • Master and adhere to our established sales process.
  • Collaborate with our expert team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while selling RVs, Tractors, and Boats.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach with integrity and transparency.
  • Conduct thorough demonstrations of products.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to finalize sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about market trends and dealership inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in RVs, Automotive, Marine, or Tractors is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidates.
  • Experience in real estate, retail, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Motivated, energetic, and committed to achieving success.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and implement a proven sales strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening is required.
