Director of Sales - Extended Stay Hotel


Responsibilities include identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers. This is a position exclusively focused on Extended Stay And Limited Service Hotel Sales for corporate travelers. Our team has a sales department that requires a dedicated professional to drive business growth.


Your direct business-to-business outside sales efforts and ability to find new corporate business opportunities are crucial to our success. Your performance is the key to achieving our sales goals. You will be rewarded when you meet your monthly sales targets with a monthly bonus in addition to your competitive salary and benefits.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 at plan yearly + bonus potential

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals that are set for the hotel
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Maintain focus on Extended Stay And Limited Service Hotel Sales for corporate travelers
  • Provide motivation and support for the hotel team in regard to sales and customer satisfaction
  • Keep documentation of all sales contacts, interactions, and other pertinent information in the hotel sales software system
  • Develop and maintain market awareness to promote the most effective sales strategies
  • Communicate with the team to best take care of our guests
  • Schedule and give tours of the hotel as needed for existing and potential clients
Qualifications:
  • Direct outside business-to-business sales experience and proven results
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Willingness and ability to work hard
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of consistent employment experience
  • Capacity to do whatever it takes to make this hotel successful

  • Hospitality experience is welcome but not required
