Position Overview: As the Director of Sales, you will be the driving force behind our client 's revenue growth. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and lead a high-performing sales team. Your goal will be to maximize occupancy and revenue while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the extended stay market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the extended stay market and its unique dynamics.
