Role Overview:

We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, focusing on payment-related inquiries. This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their concerns in alignment with our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming customer communications via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Experience with complex systems is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.

Technical Skills Required:

Successful candidates should possess proficiency in MS365 and Office applications, along with the capability to support third-party SaaS and processing systems.
