Role Overview:
We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, focusing on payment-related inquiries. This role involves engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address their concerns in alignment with our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming customer communications via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments to address needs.
- Support business policies and procedures through training and knowledge sharing.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.

Technical Skills Required:
Successful candidates should possess proficiency in MS365 and Office applications, along with the capability to support third-party SaaS and processing systems.
