Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our team at Healthix, Inc.
Job Summary:
The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, including user provisioning, password and account issues, portal access issues, and escalating tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our technical platform and the functionality available.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to escalate support issues as needed.
- Document support requests in Salesforce and/or Jira.
- Assist with new user provisioning and user account deactivation requests.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the Healthix customer base, including end-user and parent facility levels.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of policy constraints relevant to health information exchange.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems like Salesforce and Jira.
- IT support experience strongly preferred, with experience in healthcare data systems a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
