Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, web, and web portal. Your primary focus will be on providing solutions to customer inquiries and issues, while also identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Customer service work experience
  • Inbound call taking or outbound calling experience
  • Mastery of customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of our products and services
  • Familiarity with our specific system applications
