Customer Support Associate

At Runway, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users via email and chat. Your duties will include investigating and escalating problem reports, collaborating with our Engineering team to resolve customer issues, and engaging with our Product team to translate customer feedback into actionable product updates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Investigate and escalate problem reports to the appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve customer issues
  • Engage with the Product team to translate customer feedback into actionable product updates
