Regional Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding existing relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Job Description
This role involves working closely with our customers to understand their business challenges and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be expected to:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions that drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Leverage Salesforce.com to document current and drive future activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales
- Utilize professional and social media platforms to drive access, awareness, and engagement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or field
- Strong business acumen and skill set to manage the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Proficiency in sales platforms and available customer-related technology (MS Office suite and Teams, Revenue Grid, 6 Sense, Eloqua, Monster Connect, Salesforce, LinkedIn, AI)
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Year 1 Anticipated Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
- Base Salary: $40,000-$45,000
