Regional Sales Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midwest Motor Supply Co. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing your region through recruiting, hiring, and developing sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete our initial field sales training program to become familiar with our market strategy, products, and region.
  • Grow your region by recruiting, hiring, and developing sales managers.
  • Develop and coach sales managers through their recruiting and management efforts in the field.
  • Take the lead in strategic planning for your region using your knowledge of the region and professional experience.
  • Enjoy the freedom of managing your time and working independently from our home office.

  • Proven ability to create and achieve an aggressive sales growth plan.
  • Skilled strategic-thinker with a passion for recruiting and developing the best industrial sales talent.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a successful career through personalized roadmaps to success and ongoing training programs.
