- Maintain full schedules for providers and reach out to patients on the waitlist as needed.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for returning patients.
- Assist providers with documentation required from patients or insurance entities.
- Communicate patient messages and concerns to providers and relay responses effectively.
- Handle incoming patient calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and offer assistance wherever necessary.
- Adapt to various locations for coverage as required.
- Manage a high-volume office environment efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory; higher education is preferred.
- Experience in a psychiatric setting is advantageous.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
- BLS/CPR Certification is required.

- Prior experience in a medical facility is beneficial.
- Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in telephone and computer operations.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate mathematical and computer skills.
- Professional interaction with all staff levels.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- IT experience is a plus.
