Regional Sales Director, Hospitality Leader

The Regional Sales Director is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the North region. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business unit revenue and profitability targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including National Accounts and Food Service, to drive sales growth and revenue
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Business-to-Business Sales within the hospitality or coffee industry
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven record of accomplishment in your professional career
- Positive and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts
