Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging our unique asset offerings to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads, focusing on our transit inventory
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Partner with operations and administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements
  • Assist in resolving issues related to billing and accounts
  • Maintain consistent use of our CRM system to track and manage sales activities
Requirements
  • Proven sales record with a focus on exceeding quotas
  • Strong experience managing customer relationships
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$105,000 per year, with commission eligibility. Compensation is determined during our interview process based on a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks.
