About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to join our team at Persistent Systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce delivery, with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and ensuring successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall account governance, including customer feedback, escalations, risks, issues, dependencies, and customer expectation management.
  • Liaise with customer sponsors and stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement account plans, including V2MOM, SWOT, and other relevant techniques.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with SOW, billing, and other contractual requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and innovations, and share knowledge with peers.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of total IT work experience, with a strong background in Salesforce delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and ensuring successful client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, follow up, and deliver results.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
