Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesforce Territory Account Executive/Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for selling our cloud-based solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, or a specific cloud solution, across a set of customers and/or new logos.
- Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
- Uncover business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business.
- Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
- Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality.
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Average of 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 1 in the field with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts.
- Experience selling to the C-suite.
- Ability to craft a point of view and build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser' with your customers.
- Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers.
- Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team.
