**Job Summary**

Victory Ranch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our leadership team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in all menu items.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and other department heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service, high-volume hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
