About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules, and safety are maintained.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects, including the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to review plans and blueprints, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets, invoices, and payment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to construction teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project coordination and team leadership.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
