The Project Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping to define project needs and specifications while managing and organizing project workflows and supporting team members. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication regarding projects with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in budget development and maintain communication between the Project Manager and contractors
  • Oversee daily project activities, including status monitoring, audits, and ongoing work
  • Utilize estimating software to create preliminary project estimates
  • Review and confirm job site documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work in conjunction with other departments as necessary

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of construction experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or office-related roles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This role is primarily sedentary within a fast-paced office setting. Some filing tasks may require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Candidates must be able to successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
