Assessment Supervisor (Levels I-IV)

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Position Overview:
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is in search of meticulous and proactive Assessment Supervisors to enhance our operational capabilities. The Assessment Supervisor will be integral in managing the administration of evaluations across various government sectors, particularly focusing on Learning and Language Testing Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Level I:
    Handle enrollment, registration, scheduling, and confirmation of assessment dates as required.
    Administer and oversee all assessments as directed.
    Prepare and manage assessment materials in compliance with regulations.
    Generate reports and maintain databases for statistical analysis.
    Address inquiries related to assessments and their administration.
    Ensure adherence to data integrity policies for language testing systems.
    Review testing correspondence for compliance with procedures.
    Provide basic troubleshooting for testing facility technology.
    Communicate with IT support for technical issues.
    Train new proctor contractors on the job.
    Upload assessment results to relevant systems nightly.
    Identify potential IT issues that may affect testing.
  • Level II:
    Independently manage the enrollment, scheduling, registration, and reporting of assessment results.
    Issue necessary forms and notifications to participants.
    Troubleshoot common technical issues during assessments.
    Perform quality control on databases for accuracy.
    Ensure compliance with policies among all Assessment Supervisors.
    Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for contractor personnel.
    Provide training for participants when regulations permit.
  • Level III:
    Execute all responsibilities of Levels I and II with accuracy.
    Maintain quality control of assessment processes and databases.
    Provide training and support for new Assessment Supervisors.
  • Level IV:
    Oversee and mentor Assessment Supervisors at Levels I, II, and III.
    Ensure compliance with all assessment policies and procedures.
    Utilize extensive experience to guide the team in best practices.

Qualifications:
All levels require a current TS/SCI clearance with Counter Intelligence polygraph and a high school diploma. Experience levels vary by position, with increasing years of professional or academic experience required for higher levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service experience are essential across all levels.
