  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Motivate and manage warehouse staff, ensuring a productive work environment.

  • Guarantee the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all employees.

Supervisory Duties:

This role includes supervisory responsibilities over warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are essential:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

Communication Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting documents such as purchase orders and shipping slips. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interaction with customers, drivers, and management.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data accurately.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to apply logical thinking to solve problems and follow established procedures.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy items regularly.

Work Environment:

The role is based in a warehouse setting, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
