This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and the ability to inspire and motivate kitchen staff. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as experience with inventory management and labor cost control.

Responsibilities:
* Execute and oversee the production of all menu items, ensuring high-quality dishes and efficient service.
* Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations.
* Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.

Fiscal Responsibility:
* Assist in managing daily labor and food costs, ensuring they remain within budgeted parameters.
* Review monthly profit and loss statements and identify areas for improvement.
