Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Suburban Propane team. This role requires strong leadership and administrative skills to manage our Customer Service Center (CSC) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective office processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service or administration.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
