About the Job

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PrideStaff in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in administration and possess advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is $18/hour, with opportunities for advancement within the company. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, composing memos, and generating reports.

This is an hourly position, requiring regular scheduling to work forty (40) hours per week, distributed over the medical center's usual hours of operation. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Compose correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
Qualifications
  • Recent and relevant experience in administration
  • Able to provide references
  • Willingness to undergo a background check & drug screen
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute and data entry speed of 7,500 keystrokes/hour
