HR Operations Specialist

Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled human resources professional who possesses a keen eye for detail, is self-driven, and has a strong focus on customer service. This is a remarkable opportunity for someone passionate about enhancing the employee experience and eager to broaden their HR expertise. The role offers involvement in various global HR initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
Two to three years of experience in a Human Resources capacity is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR assistance by addressing inquiries from employees and applicants.
- Proactively engage in self-development to enhance effectiveness in the role and for personal career growth.
- Conduct assessments of various benefits and HR programs, recommending and implementing necessary improvements.
- Generate a range of human resources reports and support the creation of forms and documentation.
- Assist in the performance evaluation process.
- Monitor, track, and send reminders for employee training sessions.
- Support the open enrollment and benefits management processes.
- Contribute to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Conduct orientations for new hires and follow up to ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Complete I-9 forms for new employees and maintain I-9 documentation.
- Manage the administration of COVID-19 related cases.
- Update HRIS records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.
- Create and maintain digital employee personnel files.
- Utilize Microsoft Visio to maintain organizational charts.
- Assist in preparing correspondence.
- Support the Human Resources team with various research and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Two to three years of experience in a Human Resources role is required.
- Proven knowledge, skills, and judgment in human resources.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Integrity, respect, and trustworthiness are essential.
- A willingness to learn and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- A positive attitude and approach to work.
- High level of professional presentation.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the entertainment, sports, or broadcast media sectors is a plus.
