Role Summary: The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing essential HR functions that contribute to a thriving workforce and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment initiatives, including crafting job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Organize and execute new employee orientations to guarantee a seamless onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies and benefits. Facilitate conflict resolution and support performance management activities, including evaluations and disciplinary measures.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR roles, such as HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BambooHR.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
