Compact Equipment Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Compact Equipment Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and renting compact equipment to customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the construction equipment industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
