Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned areas to grow Atlas Copco's market share in rotary screw air compressors, centrifugal air compressors, air treatment, and nitrogen generation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales goals, working closely with a peer aftermarket sales representative to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Call on and sell products directly to customers, EPCs, and through existing distributor partners, engaging in planned prospecting activities to increase the customer base in the territory.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals, establishing rapport with existing and new customers, particularly key accounts, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, with a strong background in industrial equipment sales.
  • Self-directed with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and utilizing the company CRM system to log sales visits and opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, with proven business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range, $85,000 - $107,000, geographically adjusted, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
