We are seeking an experienced Office Management Coordinator to join our team at Malatesta OBrien, Inc. in Brisbane - SF Border.

We pride ourselves on offering and manufacturing the finest handcrafted shades, blinds, drapery, pillows, and bedding with 55 years of combined experience.

Our goal is to provide an effortless experience in designing beautiful custom window treatments that help our trade professionals reach their goals from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities
  • Raise the bar in office management with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Develop a seamless workflow by combining your passion for home decor and luxury products with professional office capabilities
  • Schedule the installation team of 3 and ensure they are on schedule with all the information required
  • Order office supplies and cover phones to respond to clients in a timely manner
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a professional office environment - customer service role
  • Strong project management skills, including vendor file upkeep and ordering supplies
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Adobe, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Quickbooks
  • A positive and friendly demeanor towards every customer and colleague
  • Able to commit to a weekday schedule M-F from 9am to 5pm
Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
