As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing functional support in various areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, safety, compliance, HR systems, associate engagement, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the changing needs of our organization and associate teams.
  • Proactively engage with community programs, including KY FAME, Big Brothers Big Sister, JCTC, and others.
  • Develop and execute recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Provide exceptional organizational, analytical, and public speaking skills.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist activities.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Past experience with HR Compliance and Compensation.
  • LEAN Manufacturing Support and EH&S Administration and Compliance.
  • ATS experience with Applicant Pro.
