Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and hire top talent for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA and EEOC guidelines.
- Manage HR systems and programs to support the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate engagement and development.
- Provide HR support to management and associates, including answering questions and resolving conflicts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
