Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions, prepare new hire/general employee training packets, and maintain them in good supply.
  • Maintain all personnel records and files, clinical licensed and training documentation, and process all changes in Lawson.
  • Assist in organizing all employee activities and in-services, and have knowledge of state and federal laws and ability to interpret policies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP) is also preferred.
