Senior Human Resources Manager

Ferretti Search is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on employee and labor relations, performance enhancement, and collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigations and Compliance: Investigate potential policy violations and advise management on opportunities for remediation and prevention of workplace issues.
  • Collective Bargaining: Support activities related to negotiating, maintaining, and ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance transparency and accuracy of HR processes and information.
  • Policy Interpretation: Provide guidance and expert interpretation of policy to management to minimize potential adverse impact of litigation, compliance issues, and complaints.
  • Training and Development: Develop and conduct labor management meetings, presentations, and training on operational and technical HR-related information.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Prepare and issue disciplinary actions when necessary, and evaluate and edit documentation associated with unionized employees.
  • Policy-Making: Serve on policy-making committees and participate in the formulation of policy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, labor management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources professional with strong employee and labor relations background.
  • Certifications: SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) certification preferred.
  • Payroll Management: Paycom experience and management of payroll process required.
  • Management Experience: Strong management experience needed.
