As a key member of the eBlu Solutions Leadership team, the Human Resource Manager will oversee the human resources functions within the organization. This role involves managing employee relations, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, recruitment, compliance, performance management, training, communication, and workforce planning to support the unique needs of eBlu Solutions. The Human Resource Manager will also foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Human Resources functions, including employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership support and development.
  • Lead the recruitment and orientation process for direct and indirect labor.
  • Provide consultation to managers on performance management, employee development, corrective actions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Analyze and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs to identify successes and deficiencies, and recommend changes.
  • Develop and execute actions to maintain and improve employee engagement.
  • Plan and oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Handle terminations and resignations, and the related off-boarding.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying updated with changes in HR, payroll, tax, and HR laws.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accuracy in HR-related transactions and assist with audit schedules/inquiries.
  • Evaluate and mainstream HR processes where applicable.
  • Support and manage eBlu's Values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years of Human Resource experience.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • High-level interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coach across multiple levels within the company.
  • Paylocity software experience preferred (payroll, time management, learning management, and performance management).
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proven track record of timely project completion.
  • Self-motivated and effective in time management.
  • Strong commitment to a team environment.
  • Excellent people, communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Work Environment

Standard office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to communicate clearly.
