We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Sponsorship Development Manager to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales and sales strategy efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target potential sponsors aligned with our brand values and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
You will assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This will involve developing revenue streams for events and activations year-round, collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, and working closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral.
Client Management and EngagementAs the primary point of contact for sponsors, you will coordinate with internal teams to deliver on sponsor commitments, develop and execute plans for sponsor engagement and retention, and assist in the development of promotional material for our Buffalo Waterfront spaces, events, and amenities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and project management experience.
- Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours a day and lift 50 lbs.

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
