Job Summary

Safetec of America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand and enhance our existing account base.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our existing account base.

New Business Development:
Acquire new B2B accounts through targeted campaigns.

Lead Qualification:
Qualify prospects and generate leads, using your expertise to find the best solutions for customers.

Proactive Follow-Up:
Diligently follow up on all sales leads within your designated territory.

CRM Management:
Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure our team is aware of customer needs and account status.

Team Collaboration:
Build strong, supportive relationships with fellow Sales Team members and Department Management.

Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing suggestions and ideas.

Qualifications:
A competitive nature and a drive to exceed sales goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
Minimum of two years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
A combination of education and experience that demonstrates a proven track record in this field.
Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software, Outlook, and Zoom Info.

Compensation and Benefits:
