**Job Title:** Territory Sales Manager

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling surgical products to surgeons and medical professionals in the operating room. You will work independently, traveling extensively within your territory, and must be willing to work overnight as necessary.

**Responsibilities:**

* Sell surgical products to surgeons and medical professionals in the operating room
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
* Travel extensively within your territory, with up to 20% overnight travel

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
* Minimum 3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, working in a procedural surgical sale
* Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions
* Ability to maintain medical documentation and a good documented health profile

**Benefits:**

* Competitive base salary of $75,000 with OTE of $173,000
* $2,000 bonus per quarter for achieving 100% quota
* Car allowance of $700 plus gas

**Location:**

You can live in either Buffalo or Rochester, New York.
