An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Administration Team Supervisor to join our manufacturing division.

In this role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will oversee and guide a team of administrators who provide essential support to the site. Your responsibilities will include managing daily workflows and ensuring adequate holiday coverage, all while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to the highest standards and within specified deadlines.

You will be accountable for staff management, which encompasses coaching, motivating, and training your team to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency through continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.

This position requires a demonstration of positive leadership, driving meaningful enhancements, and fostering constructive relationships with individual team members as well as other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the administration team.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure KPI compliance.
  • Coach and develop team members for optimal performance.
  • Maintain effective communication across departments.
