Atrium Staffing is a leading provider in the healthcare sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional service. We are currently in search of a Senior Executive Administrator to enhance our dynamic team.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000

Role Overview:

The Senior Executive Administrator will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient functioning of our executive office. This role involves providing top-tier administrative assistance to the CEO, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and various stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and curate meeting agendas, documentation, and minutes.
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails and calls, prioritizing responses accordingly.
  • Draft, edit, and review reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as the primary administrative liaison between the CEO and both internal and external parties.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with board members, executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and significant events.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and transportation logistics.
  • Ensure the executive office and team are maintained in a professional and organized manner.
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory control.
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursement processes efficiently.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to address office requirements and technical challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, preferably within the healthcare field.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience is required.
