About the Role

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our homecare clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to homecare caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of caregivers, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to develop and implement education and training programs for caregivers.
  • Travel to patient homes for onsite visits, providing clinical support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Active RN license required, with a minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Supervisory experience preferred, with a strong background in clinical leadership and patient care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy, with the ability to navigate electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure adherence to these standards in all aspects of patient care.

  • Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, with annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
