Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
* Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful event execution
* Manage event-related correspondence and maintain the firm-wide events calendar
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and industry professionals
* Travel as needed for on-site event execution
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
* 2 years of experience in event planning
* Knowledge of the events industry and its resources
* Experience working with budgets and managing event-related expenses
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
* Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and communication skills
