Job Title: Business Manager, Bergdorf Goodman

Job Summary:
As a Business Manager at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, you will be responsible for managing the profitability of a specified retail location. This includes managing the sales team, building retail relationships with store management, and developing and motivating the sales team to support the region's retail profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage retail sell-through and execution of promotional programs at the counter via the sales team.
• Manage a team of Beauty Stylists, Selling Specialists, Ambassadors, and Estheticians, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll.
• Develop productivity guidelines for special events and sales and manage individual and team performance.
• Partner with the Account Executive and corporate Education team to identify training needs for team members and support the development and facilitation of product training and sales training.
• Connect with clients and build long-term relationships with them through CRM tools and work with team members to update customer profiles.
• Provide direction and resources to retail team members on maintaining the Dior counter image and support retail buyers and planners regarding the ordering system.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of prestige beauty sales and counter management experience.
• Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
• Knowledge of multiple languages preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking with strong initiative.
• Strong sales skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Limited travel based on business needs.
• Availability must meet business needs.
• Ability to handle confidential information and issues with discretion and judgment.
