Digital Commerce Sales Executive

About the RoleAs our Account Executive, you will contribute to the growth of the business and our long-term success by expanding our client base. You will own all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, pitching, and collaborating with our sales planners to create strategic media plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential clients and consistently achieve or surpass quarterly outreach, meeting, and revenue targets
- Create impactful relationships with shopper marketing leads, media agencies, and CPG clients
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to drive successful partnerships
- Manage your workflow, meet deadlines, and provide accurate forecasts
- Track and negotiate contract renewal terms with a customer-centric approach
- Collaborate with other departments to drive client satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnerships
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with:
- 3+ years in digital/online media sales with experience selling shopper programs
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, owning a territory, forecasting, and delivering against sales goals in the CPG or shopper marketing space
- Ability to travel 15% of the time to engage with clients and other events
- Ability to understand the digital landscape and convey our solutions in an easy-to-understand way
- Experience negotiating, structuring, and closing complex deals
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, flexible paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan.
