About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our team at Orkin. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest control needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting new business and managing existing customer relationships.
  • Utilize industry-leading sales software and tools to stay organized and effectively manage sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of pest control services and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements
  • No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training and support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a valid driver's license is also necessary.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification, if required (company-paid).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
