About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Orkin, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess customer needs and provide solutions
  • Utilize sales software and tools to manage sales pipeline and track progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior sales experience necessary, but preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company-paid)
  • Ability to work independently and interact with customers
Physical Demands
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
