National Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Sales Support Representative to join our team at Cellular Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in connecting business customers with our representatives, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize various lead sources to reach out to business customers and align them with available representatives in their area.
- Gather and process customer information, and disposition calls at the end of conversations.
- Insert notes of customer interactions and/or transactions, and record details of actions taken.
- Provide inbound support for market representatives calling with business-related issues and questions.
- Meet or exceed established daily metrics (calls/sales/follow-up calls) and performance standards.
- Communicate professionally and accurately to customers, following company standards/protocols.
- Ensure adherence to all company compliance and security measures.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Basic typing and computer skills required.
- Experience with outbound calling preferred.
- Base Pay of $17/hr.
