Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Research and pursue new business leads, focusing on B2B sales
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using a CRM system
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required
  • Clean background and own transportation necessary
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
