Job Summary:

As a key member of the Regal Entertainment Group team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the operation of our theatres and the success of our employees. This position requires a strong leader who can represent the company, train and develop staff, and ensure the smooth operation of our projection and audio-visual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of the theatre, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Act as a representative of Regal Entertainment Group, promoting a positive image and upholding the company's values.
  • Train, develop, and coach non-management employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to the theatre's success.
  • Operate and maintain all projection and audio-visual equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day, maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
