Job Overview:

As a full-time Membership Sales Representative, you will serve as an ambassador for the Equinox brand, embodying the company's passion for health and fitness. Your primary objective is to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they maximize their Equinox experience.

You will work under the guidance of a General Manager and in collaboration with a Regional Sales Manager, as well as your sales team. Membership Sales Representatives must possess in-depth knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages to new and existing clients.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and clients through strategic outreach and lead generation.
  • Host events and workshops to foster in-club lead generation and member engagement.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service targets through pre-planning and strategic outreach.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to establish a strong referral base and retain members.
  • Stay up-to-date on and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products to provide expert guidance to members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to build strong relationships with members, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and have a deep understanding of the Equinox brand and its offerings.
