As a Membership Sales Representative, you are an Equinox brand ambassador, passionate about health and fitness, and dedicated to encouraging others to reach their full potential. You are the expert on all the club's amenities, features, and programs, responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they're maximizing their Equinox experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages to new and existing clients.
  • Prospect new business and clients through strategic outreach and lead generation.
  • Host events and workshops to promote in-club services and products.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through pre-planning and strategic outreach.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to drive referrals and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on all club services, programs, and products to provide expert advice and guidance to members.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A passionate and knowledgeable sales professional with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
